All returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can return and item for exchange, store credit or refund. We don't accept return if the order is shipped outside India.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are processed only after we have received your return order, every Friday on a weekly basis, i.e. if we receive your order within a said week the refund will be processed on Friday of that week.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready for shipment, an email and sms is sent on the number/email entered at the time of placing the order with the tracking id.

How to use a GIFT CARD?

Log on to Azilaa.com. Once you have shortlisted your favourite items go to payment section and here you can Redeem Your Gift Card. Simply apply your Gift Card Code before doing the final payment and then checkout.

How to access STORE CREDIT?

Log in to Azilaa, Using the same email id. Once you have shortlisted the item(s) go to the payment section. The total amount will automatically showcase the price after deducting the store credit amount.

My shipping address comes under NSZ?

In case the shipping address comes under a Non-Serviceable Zone (NSZ), COD facility would not be available. You would be required to Pre- pay your order. Such orders are shipped through express courier service.
