What is your return policy?
We want you to love the pieces you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase on Azilaa, you can return the item(s) for store credit or exchange. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We don't accept returns after the 7 days period.
Please note: We ask that all returned items be returned in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept worn or damaged items. If a worn or damaged item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you. If you have any other questions about returns please feel free to contact us at CustomerService@azilaa.com.
I’ve received my jewellery but would like to return it - how do I do that?
While returning your item(s), please address the package to "Anjali Handicrafts, A-80, First Floor, Sector-65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201301, India".
If you're asking for an exchange of equal or lesser value, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If you’re asking for an exchange of greater value, we will need your payment information to charge you the balance, with the shipping charges covered by us. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you Azilaa credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a different item(s).
