Return Policy

1. What is your Cancellation Policy?
In case you wish to cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, kindly send a request to CustomerService@azilaa.com or call our phone number +91-9999820600

In case your order has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please contact us through email on CustomerService@azilaa.com or call our phone number +91-9999820600 and inform the same

For pre-paid order cancellations, before shipping the order will be refunded immediately. However, if a pre-paid order has been shipped, please wait for it to return to our warehouse for the refund to take place.
2. What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love the pieces you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase on Azilaa, you can return the item(s) for store credit or exchange. All returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. We don't accept returns after the 48 hours period.

Please note: We ask that all returned items be returned in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept worn or damaged items. If a worn or damaged item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you. 3. I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
In case you receive a damaged item, please inform us through email on CustomerService@azilaa.com or call us at +91-9999820600 and we will send a replacement.
4. Do you arrange for a Reverse Pick-up?
Reverse pickup is applicable on all order except items shipped to Non-Serviceable zone’s. Once reverse pickup has been initiated, a delivery person will come and pickup the package within 2-3 business days.
5. Where do I mail the returns?
While returning your item(s), please address the package to "Anjali Handicrafts Pvt Ltd, A-74, 2nd Floor, Sector-65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201301, India". (only in case, if your shipping address comes under a non-serviceable zone.)
6. Can I choose a different item in exchange?
You can exchange an item with any other item available. If you're asking for an exchange of equal or lesser value, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If you’re asking for an exchange of greater value, we will need your payment information to charge you the balance, with the shipping charges covered by us. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you Azilaa credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a different item(s).
7. When will I receive the replacement?
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
  • (i) The item(s) should be unused.
  • (ii) The packaging should have the original tags in place.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
8. Are there any charges for returning the order?
We do not charge for return orders pickups. Return order shipping is complementary with the shipping cost covered by us. For orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items.
9. What is your Refund Policy?
You can choose for refund to the original payment source or to your Azilaa wallet as store credit which can be used on subsequent purchases you make on Azilaa.com
Please note: All refunds are processed only after we have received your original order in our warehouse. Refunds are initiated every Friday on a weekly basis.
10. I have raised a return request, but my order has not been picked up, what should I do?
Our courier partners will contact you within 1-2 days after you raise a return request to pick up the order. In case it is beyond the above, please get in touch with us through email on CustomerService@azilaa.com or call on +91-9999820600.
