1. Is my order confirmed?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email and an sms on order confirmation. Please contact us through email on CustomeService@azilla.com or call +91-9999820600 if you are unsure.
2. When will you ship my order?
All orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of placing an order. Final delivery varies on bases of shipping location.
3. When will my order get delivered?
All orders are shipped with online tracking number. Express shipping is delivered in 3-7 days worldwide.
4. Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
5. Are there any delivery charges?
We provide Free Shipping on all National order. However, International shipping carries shipping charges.
6. My shipping address comes under a Non-Serviceable Zone (NSZ).
In case the shipping address comes under a Non-Serviceable Zone (NSZ), COD facility would not be available. You would be required to Pre- pay your order. Such orders are shipped through express courier service.
7. Can I have my order Gift-wrapped?
Yes, you can! Gift wrap option Is available for all orders. You can just call us on our toll free number +91-9999820600 or email on CustomerService@azilaa.com to inform us about your requirements.
8. I don’t want the package to carry an invoice as it is a gift. How can it be done?
In such cases, you would be required to pre-pay your order, after which the order would be shipped through India Speed Post.

1. How do I cancel my order?
In order to cancel an entire order or a part of the order, by sending a request on CustomerService@azilaa.com or call +91-9999820600.
2. How can I track my order?
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track My Order on our website after logging in.

3. Some shipments in my order are still not delivered?
Certain items can be pending due to non-availability in stock. In such cases, those items will be surely shipped later.
4. Can I receive my order faster?
In case you require the order on urgent bases, please kindly prepay the order and we will ship your order through India Speed Post on urgent bases.

1. How to access Store Credit?
Log in to Azilaa, Using the same email id. Once you have shortlisted the item(s) go to the payment section. The total amount will automatically showcase the price after deducting the store credit amount.
2. How and when will Store Credit be issued?
Once we have received your return order, store credit is issued against the email address given by you while placing the order.
